Privacy and personal data

How long do you keep my application?

If the application does not lead to a placement, we remove it from our active administration within four weeks after the procedure ends. We ask for separate permission to keep it for up to one year for future opportunities. The privacy policy explains exceptions and service-provider copies.

View the source
Does an open application give marketing permission?

No. Your application is used to handle your request. It is not automatic permission for marketing or longer retention for future vacancies. Those require a separate choice.

View the source
What happens to my search query?

Your query is used to find website content, not to assess you as a candidate. We do not keep a search history in our own search database. Only with statistics consent do we measure fixed topic, result and question identifiers. Full queries, form contents and contact details are not sent to Analytics. Queries in a page URL may appear in technical hosting logs. An open application does not automatically give permission to keep your details for future vacancies or marketing.
